Along with love and protection, adequate nutrition is one of the most important needs that children need for proper growth and healthy development from birth. Breastfeeding is the most natural and best way of feeding newborns or babies up to 6 months of age, who, in addition to establishing a healthy emotional connection with their mother, receive essential ingredients from their mother's milk. In addition to breastfeeding after a certain age of the child, the profession also recommends the gradual introduction of supplementary food and vitamin D, therefore, with the help of a calendar, we have presented guidelines for the gradual introduction of certain foods into the child's menu. We hope that this will facilitate the gradual introduction of children into the family diet and the choice from a wide range of flavors of Frutek products.
